Fuqua Tiny Home Community | Final Exterior and Interior Floor Plan Design Officially Released

We are pleased to announce an important design milestone: the final facade design, color scheme, and interior floor plans for the Fuqua Tiny Home Community have all been completed .
This means that our houses are no longer just concepts and data, but can now allow buyers and investors to see more intuitively what the entire community will look like in the future—including the style of the facade, the combination of different colors, and the interior spatial layout of each unit type.
The finalized facade design makes the entire community's image more complete and distinctive. The different color schemes ensure the overall unity of the community, make the houses look richer and more attractive, while still maintaining the characteristics of simplicity, modernity, and ease of implementation.
At the same time, interior floor plans help buyers better understand how each unit type will be used. Our goal has always been clear: to create compact, efficient, affordable, and habitable homes.
Below, we will give a brief introduction to the four types of apartments in the community.

Part 1 | Two bedrooms and one bathroom
The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is one of the most beginner-friendly options in our community.
This apartment is approximately 660 square feet . Although compact, it makes excellent use of space and is particularly suitable for:
First-time homebuyers
Single professionals
young couple
small family
Buyers looking to enter the real estate market at a lower total price

This apartment layout makes the most of every square foot through efficient design, featuring two separate bedrooms as well as practical common living spaces, while maintaining low overall maintenance costs and a low barrier to entry for residents.
For many people who want to control their monthly mortgage payments but still want to own their own home, this type of apartment is a very practical choice.

Part Two | Two Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout also has an area of approximately 660 square feet , but compared to the two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout, it has an extra bathroom, thus offering greater practicality and flexibility.
This apartment layout is perfect for:
roommate living together
small family
Couples who want more privacy
Buyers who want to use "house hacking" to both live in the house and rent out one of the rooms.

This floor plan offers greater flexibility than traditional entry-level units because both bedrooms can be easily integrated with the bathroom. It's a very practical option for buyers who want to control the total price while also maximizing space utilization.
This type of unit will also be more attractive to buyers and investors who value rental potential, flexibility in sharing, or the privacy of a room.

Part Three | Three Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, with an area of approximately 1,080 square feet , is one of the core mid-range units in the community.
This apartment type is suitable for:
Growing families
Families with children
Buyers who need more usable space
Homebuyers who want to buy a larger apartment within a reasonable total price range

The layout of three bedrooms and two bathrooms is closer to the residential usage that many families are familiar with, providing more complete family living functions while maintaining overall affordability.
For many buyers, this type of apartment may be a good balance between price, practicality, and living comfort.

Part Four | Three Bedrooms and Three Bathrooms
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit is the largest in our community, measuring approximately 1,300–1,320 square feet .
This apartment type is mainly suitable for:
Larger family
Multigenerational family structure
Buyers who want more privacy in each bedroom
Homebuyers who value privacy and convenience

The increased number of bathrooms makes this floor plan more attractive to families, multi-person households, and buyers who prioritize functionality. It offers a living experience closer to that of a typical large-sized home while maintaining overall price competitiveness.
This apartment layout also illustrates that affordable housing does not mean sacrificing functionality, but rather creating the space that is truly needed in a more efficient way.
