Fuqua Tiny Home Community — Platting Approved (April 2, 2026) & Next Permit Package Underway

We’re excited to share a major milestone: on April 2, 2026, we officially received the City of Houston platting approval.

What Happens Next

Starting next Monday, our architect and engineering team (civil, structural, and other consultants) will begin the next phase of work: preparing the next permit submission package.

• Permit package preparation begins: next Monday

• Expected first deliverables: ~4 weeks

• Next round of City review/approvals: targeted for next month

Why This Is Great News

This approval keeps our entitlement timeline moving forward—and based on where we are today, our overall schedule is tracking slightly ahead of plan.
