Fuqua Tiny Home Community — Sales & Marketing Update: Broker Teams Engaged and Buyer Outreach Underway

We’re excited to share that the Fuqua Tiny Home Community has officially moved into the early sales and marketing preparation stage.

At this point, we are working with two strong broker teams to support our home sales strategy, buyer outreach, and local market exposure. Our team has also completed the initial sales and marketing material list, so the project can move into buyer-facing promotion in a more organized and professional way.

Marketing Work Already Underway

This week, one of our broker teams shared a detailed update on the progress they have made:

  • A list of interested prospects has been created, and project information is being sent to new leads as interest comes in.

  • A dedicated project landing page is being built, which will be linked directly from the project billboard so prospective buyers can easily learn more about the community.

  • A list of nearby residents has been compiled for local outreach, helping introduce the development to the surrounding community and generate early interest.

  • As new leads come in, they will be directed to the reservation list, allowing us to begin organizing buyer demand early.

  • The development will also be promoted through the broker team’s social media channels to continue building awareness.

  • The first billboard has already been ordered and is expected to go up shortly. We are currently waiting for the sign company to confirm the installation date.

Why This Matters

This is an important step because sales execution is not starting at the end of construction — it is starting now.

By building awareness early, collecting buyer interest, preparing the reservation list, and engaging local residents before homes are delivered, we are creating a stronger sales pipeline and improving our visibility into real market demand.

This also supports one of our core execution strategies: build with a clear buyer pipeline, reduce sales uncertainty, and shorten the time between construction completion and home closing.
