We’re excited to share another important step forward on the infrastructure side.
We recently submitted our project package, and we have now received confirmation that CenterPoint Energy’s Survey and Right of Way Department reviewed our submittal and determined that our Plat is acceptable for Joint Utility (Joint Trench) design.
We will also share a screenshot of the official notification on our website for investor reference.
What Happens Next
According to the notice:
A Service Consultant will initiate the electrical design for the community
The consultant will contact us soon to communicate requirements and expectations
We will continue monitoring the project status through the utility portal and align the next deliverables with our civil and architectural timelines
Why This Matters
Utility coordination is a key component of entitlement-to-permit execution. Having the plat accepted for joint utility design means:
the project has cleared an important utility review checkpoint
we can move into detailed electrical/service planning with the utility team
our schedule becomes more predictable as we progress toward the next permit submissions
