New Permitting Progress: Traffic Review Approved and Civil Plans Updated for City Review

We’re happy to share another important permitting update for the Fuqua Tiny Home Community.

According to our civil engineer, the project’s traffic-related review was approved by the City today. This is another meaningful step forward in the overall entitlement and permitting process.

At the same time, our civil plan has also been formally updated based on the latest coordination with the City and the utility provider’s electrical planning requirements. The updated civil plan package has now been submitted to the appropriate review department for the next round of review.

Why This Matters

This progress is important for several reasons:

• The traffic review approval helps clear one more City review checkpoint.

• The civil plan is now better coordinated with the utility/electrical design requirements.

• The project is continuing to move from planning and coordination into more detailed permit review.

Our team will continue tracking City review comments and coordinate with the civil engineer, utility team, architect, and other consultants as needed. If the review department issues comments, we will respond and revise accordingly.
